20% Pitch

“My 20% project is going to be composing an original piano song.” There are many concerns I have with my upcoming Pitch. The main one is if it will appeal to my class. Personally to me, I think it is a great idea. Though it is a hobby, my end result will be able to get shared to many others who potentially want to learn my song. Another concern coming up from this point is if my classmates think this is a good enough reason to answer the question “Why should people care about my project?” Aside from my concerns however, I do feel confident about my Pitch tomorrow. From the very start of this project, I already knew this was going to be my project. I just hope that my class feels the same way and will help support me until the end. Just thinking about all this is making me very anxious about the Pitch! Good luck to me tomorrow!

My Progress in Piano Composition

So far, I am determined to continue on with this project. Piano has been a significant part of my life, so now I want to go above and beyond by composing my own set of music sheets. I am very excited to begin this project, because this is something I've never done before. During my 10 years of piano, I have attempted to create my own song, but gave up shortly after. This project will give me an opportunity to pursue my passions in the musical arts. Composing a song will be useful for doing something important by allowing others to learn a new piece created by me. I will be able to create songs that fit my style of genre and share it with others who want to learn. By the end of this project, I hope to see that it is successful. Hopefully, my composed music sheets will be used by many, so I may be inspired to make more next time.
